These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Cineprompt ("Cineprompt", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Cineprompt website, applications, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, generating prompts, or making purchases, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Cineprompt is a pre-production AI prompt engineering and creative storyboard suite designed for professional film creators, commercial directors, and animators. Our Service provides structured Hollywood-grade prompt packages, 3-view character turnaround sheets, sequential shot continuity choreographies, and optional visual preview boards formatted for third-party generative video engines (including Sora 2, Kling 3.0/4.0, Wan 2.1, Runway Gen-3, Google Veo, Midjourney, and FLUX).
Cineprompt is an independent workflow studio and does not render end-user final high-definition video files on its servers; final rendering is executed in external generative engines subject to their respective terms. We do not claim ownership of outputs produced by external AI video engines.
Cineprompt provides transparent pricing consisting of a Free Starter Tier, Monthly Recurring Subscriptions, and Permanent One-Time Credit Packs:

Plans renew automatically each month (Starter $9.90/mo, Pro $19.90/mo, Studio $49.90/mo). You may cancel auto-renewal at any time with 1-click in your account dashboard.
Credit packs (Mini $4.90, Director $14.90, Studio $29.90) are billed as single one-time transactions. Credits purchased via packs never expire.

Because Cineprompt provides AI text-to-prompt, script generation, and visual keyframe storyboard features, users are strictly forbidden from generating, uploading, prompting, or distributing any content that falls into the following six prohibited categories:
Sexually explicit material, pornography, non-consensual sexual content, escort services, or gratuitous nudity.
Graphic violence, blood and gore, weapons manufacturing, bomb-making, suicide, self-mutilation, or terrorist promotion.
Hate speech, racism, religious vilification, defamation, targeted bullying, harassment, stalking, or discriminatory slurs.
Zero tolerance for any depiction, generation, or sexualization of minors. Immediate referral to law enforcement agencies and NCMEC.
Unauthorized use of third-party copyrighted materials, counterfeit trademarks, deepfakes, or unauthorized commercial impersonation.
Phishing, fraud, malware distribution, hacking exploits, identity theft, cyberattacks, or violation of applicable international export laws.

We investigate and respond to all verified abuse and copyright notices within 24 to 48 business hours.
Between you and Cineprompt, you retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and commercial exploitation rights in and to the creative prompt scripts, narrative storylines, and creative inputs you generate through the platform. Cineprompt retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, and source code in the underlying Cineprompt software, algorithms, UI designs, and telemetry engines.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE": The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Third-Party Model Outcomes: We do not guarantee that third-party video generation systems (e.g. Sora, Kling, Wan) will always generate aesthetically identical or error-free video outputs based on prompt specifications, as generative AI behavior is inherently non-deterministic.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cineprompt, its founders, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption). In any circumstance, Cineprompt's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Cineprompt in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100.00 USD), whichever is lower.
